All orders have a 2-3 day processing time before shipment - additional processing time will be added during the holiday sale periods*
We process all orders within 2-3 business days after credit card verification. Orders will ship after they are processed and received by our warehouse. Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Please keep in mind that we get back-logged during sale and holiday time periods, and it could take longer. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our friendly Customer Care Team and we will be glad to help.

START A RETURN:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, send them back for a refund.
You can return items up to 45 days from the purchase date. Products must be unworn, with original packaging and tags.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

- Enter your order number beginning with LRG and email address.
- Pack and seal your box securely in the original package, if possible.
- Drop off the package at any USPS ship center.
BEGIN YOUR RETURN:
- Full-price and sale items in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund within 45 days of the delivery date.
- Final-sale items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
- Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned.
- LRG merchandise purchased at independent department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
