Shipping Information

All orders have a 3-5 day processing time before shipment - additional processing time will be added during the holiday season*


Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will resume processing the following business day. A Shipping Confirmation email is sent upon shipment and will include Tracking.

START A RETURN:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, send them back for a refund. Return shipping is on us!

You can return items up to 45 days from the purchase date. Products must be unworn, with original packaging and tags.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

  1. To start a return CLICK HERE
  2. Enter your order number beginning with LRG and email address.
  3. Pack and seal your box securely in the original package, if possible.
  4. Drop off the package at any USPS ship center.
NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you choose not to use our pre-paid shipping label, shipping is at your expense. Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME:
Refunds will take approximately 10 business days from the date received at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is issued. Please allow 3-5 business days from when the confirmation email is sent for the refund to fully process. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.


RETURN POLICY:
  1. Full-price and sale items in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund within 45 days of the delivery date.
  2. Final-sale items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
  3. Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned.
  4. LRG merchandise purchased at independent department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased.
  5. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.


FINAL SALE:
Items denoted as final sale cannot be returned


EXCHANGES:
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need to make an exchange, please place a new order on the website for the desired item(s).


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
We do not accept international returns at this time.
