Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will resume processing the following business day.
A Shipping Confirmation email is sent upon shipment and will include Tracking. For additional tracking information please contact USPS directly
LRG is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Once your claim has been filed, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with information regarding your situation and your claim number.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
LRG will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased from l-r-g.com based on the following requirements. All returns or exchanges must contain the original labels and/or tags and items must not be worn or washed. LRG will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 45 days after the original purchase.

- Please note: your order number is the number that starts with "LRG".
- We do not currently offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to make an exchange, please place a separate order online for the desired item.
- Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment and may take up to 5 business days from the date received. A confirmation email will be sent when the refund is issued.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
