SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders have a 3-5 day processing time before shipment.
* Please note additional processing time will be added during the holiday season and during sale periods*
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will resume processing the following business day. A Shipping Confirmation email is sent upon shipment and will include Tracking.
LRG is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Once your claim has been filed, please contact us directly at customerservice@l-r-g.com with information regarding your situation and your claim number.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
LRG will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased from l-r-g.com based on the following requirements. All returns or exchanges must contain the original labels and/or tags and items must not be worn or washed. LRG will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 45 days after the original purchase.

- Please note: your order number is the number that starts with "LRG".
- We do not currently offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to make an exchange, please place a separate order online for the desired item.
- Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment and may take up to 5 business days from the date received. A confirmation email will be sent when the refund is issued.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
