Do my points expire? +
Points do not expire as long as your account stays active. Stay active by placing at least one order or engaging with the brand within any rolling 12-month window.
Can I use points on sale items? +
Yes — no exclusions. Points can be applied on sale items, new arrivals, and everything in between. Stack savings on top of already-reduced prices.
How quickly are points added to my account? +
Purchase points are credited once your order ships. Social and review actions are typically verified and credited within 24–48 hours of submission.
What happens if I return an order? +
Points earned on returned items will be deducted from your balance. Any points used as a discount on a returned order will be fully reinstated.
Is there a minimum to redeem? +
The minimum is 20 points ($1 off). Beyond that, redeem in any multiple of 20 points directly at checkout — no minimum order size required.
