COVID UPDATES: Due to COVID-19 and in the best interest and safety of our employees, all customer service inquiries will only be handled via online chat and email for the foreseeable future. 

 

1. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We do our best to process and ship orders within 3-5 business days after on order is received. LRG's business days are Monday – Friday and exclude holidays.

Please keep in mind that we have an influx of orders during sale and holiday time periods, and processing could take longer. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our Customer Service Team.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

 

 

2. WHAT IF I NEED TO MODIFY/ADJUST MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or adjusted. We can request to cancel your order but please note it is not guaranteed to happen immediately.

4. DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

At this time we are not offering international shipping. 

 

 

5. MY SIZE IS SOLD OUT, WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?

The LRG site displays real time-inventory for all styles. If an item or specific size isn't on our website, unfortunately it is no longer available. New releases are dropped monthly.

 

6. WHAT IS YOUR PRICE MATCH POLICY IF AN ITEM GOES ON SALE?

We will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 14 days of the shipment date. To receive a price adjustment, please contact us for assistance at customerservice@l-r-g.com

 

7. MY TRACKING INFORMATION STATES THAT MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Please allow 24-48 hours after the stated delivery time. Sometimes packages are scanned early or accidentally delivered to a neighbor. If your package has still not been located after the above time period, please contact us for assistance at customerservice@l-r-g.com
