United StatesItem was not delivered
I usually like LRG's product. They send it quickly and I had no problems in the past. Well, this time my order was not delivered but noted by the carrier it was delivered. We work from home and was there the day of the "so-called" delivery. I emailed LRG's customer service and never received a response. I know things are hard during this pandemic, but customer service is important right? At least respond to my email! I don't have a way to call and speak with a live person. Anyhow, after this experience I will probably not deal with LRG anymore, unless someone contacts me and attempts to make things right. #Frustrated
